We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer at weDevs with 3-5 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable backend APIs to support our core product platform, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the frontend.
- Maintain and enhance existing systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary updates to optimize performance and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with frontend teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
- Participate actively in architecture decisions, contributing to the strategic planning and development of our product roadmap.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Node.js, demonstrating the ability to build efficient, scalable, and secure server-side applications.
- Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL, with the capability to design and optimize complex database queries and structures.
- Expertise in REST API design, ensuring robust and maintainable interfaces for various client applications.
- Proficient in using Git for version control, with a solid understanding of branching, merging, and pull request workflows.
- Familiarity with Docker for containerization, enhancing development and deployment processes.
- Experience with Redis for caching and message brokering, improving application performance and scalability.
- Knowledge of TypeScript is a plus, contributing to more robust and maintainable codebases.

Salary:
- Salary: BDT 80,000 – 120,000/month (Depending on Skill and Experience)
- Salary Review: Yearly
