We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer at weDevs with 3-5 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable backend APIs to support our core product platform, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the frontend.
- Maintain and enhance existing systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary updates to optimize performance and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with frontend teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
- Participate actively in architecture decisions, contributing to the strategic planning and development of our product roadmap.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Node.js, demonstrating a strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
- Solid experience with PostgreSQL, including database design, optimization, and complex query development.
- Expertise in REST API design, with a focus on building secure, scalable, and maintainable services.
- Proficient in using Git for version control, with experience in collaborative development environments.
- Familiarity with Docker for containerization, enhancing development and deployment processes.
- Experience with Redis for caching and message brokering to improve application performance.
- Knowledge of TypeScript is a plus, aiding in the development of robust and type-safe applications.

Salary:
- Salary: BDT 80,000 – 120,000/month (Depending on Skill and Experience)
- Salary Review: Yearly
